At Social Sync Ltd, we respect and protect the intellectual property rights of others. We are committed to complying with the Digital Millennium Copyright Act ("DMCA") and all applicable copyright laws. This DMCA Policy explains how we respond to claims of copyright infringement and provides clear instructions for contacting us if you believe that your copyrighted work has been used on our platform without permission.
The website https://evolet.ai and any related services, content, or platforms accessible from Evolet.ai are collectively referred to in this Notice as the "Services."
1. Reporting Copyright Infringement
If you, in good faith, believe that material available through the Services infringes your copyright, you (or your authorized representative) may submit a written notification requesting removal or restriction of access to the infringing material. Your notification should include:
a)A physical or electronic signature of the copyright owner or the person authorized to act on their behalf
b) A description of the copyrighted work that you claim has been infringed, and sufficient information to allow us to locate the material;
c) Your full name, mailing address, telephone number, and email address;
d) A statement that you have a good-faith belief that the disputed use is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent, or applicable law;
e) A statement, made under penalty of perjury, that the information provided in your notice is accurate and that you are the copyright owner or authorized to act on their behalf.
2. Our Response to DMCA Notices
Upon receipt of a complete DMCA-compliant notice, we will take the following steps:
a) Review the notice and verify it meets the DMCA's formal requirements;
b) Take appropriate action within 1–3 business days, which may include disabling access to or removing the alleged infringing content
c) Notify the alleged infringer and allow them the opportunity to respond or submit a counter-notice.
3. Submitting a Counter-Notification
If you believe that your material was removed or disabled by mistake or misidentification, you may submit a counter-notification. Your counter-notice should comply with DMCA requirements. Upon receiving a valid counter-notice, we will:
Notify the original complainant;
Restore the content after 10–14 business days, unless the original complainant initiates legal action to restrain the infringing activity. ;

5. Termination of Repeat Infringers
We reserve the right to suspend or permanently terminate access to our Services for users who are found to be repeat infringers, in accordance with applicable laws and our internal policies.
6. Repeat Infringers
In accordance with the DMCA and other applicable laws, Social Sync Ltd has adopted a policy of terminating, in appropriate circumstances and at Social Sync Ltd's sole discretion, users who are deemed to be repeat infringers. Social Sync Ltd may also, at its sole discretion, limit access to the Services and/or terminate the accounts of any users who infringe the intellectual property rights of others, whether or not there is any repeat infringement.
7. False Claims
Under Section 512(f) of the DMCA, any person who knowingly materially misrepresents that material or activity is infringing may be subject to liability for damages, including costs and attorney’s fees incurred by the alleged infringer, any copyright owner, or any copyright owner's authorized licensee.
