exploiting their likeness. To uphold these standards, we have implemented advanced content moderation technologies and strictly enforce our Terms of Service, Community Guidelines, Blocked Content Policy, and other applicable policies ("Policies").

You must not attempt to generate, depict, or distribute any content that:

Violations of these principles are treated with the utmost seriousness and will trigger immediate enforcement actions.

3. Content Moderation and Removal

Although conversations with AI Companions are generally private, we use proprietary moderation systems based on advanced large language model (LLM) technologies to detect and handle any violations of our Policies

If prohibited content is detected:

We may remove the offending content without prior notice.

We may suspend or permanently terminate the responsible user’s account.

We may report the incident to appropriate law enforcement or regulatory bodies.

Our approach aims to balance user privacy with legal and ethical responsibilities to maintain a secure, respectful environment.

4. Prohibited Content Reporting

We enforce a zero-tolerance policy towards Child Sexual Abuse Material (CSAM) or any related attempts to create, simulate, or distribute such material

Any confirmed instance of CSAM will be reported immediately to the National Center for Missing and Exploited Children (NCMEC) or other relevant local authorities as appropriate.
